It is an online platform hosted by Prodesk that allows and facilitates sales by CDN and land sellers.

THE PROJECT

ProNegocios is a digital product designed to optimize and simplify the sales and quotation process, meeting the needs of both field salespeople and telephone salespeople (CDN). This platform enables the generation of sales and quotations from various points of sale. The application pre-loads detailed information on each distribution center, adapting to the specific demands of customers.

The application stores and fully manages information on new and existing customers. It also provides real-time inventory tracking of all products in Prodalam's catalogue.

Aim

Provide a solution to sellers to make sales and quotes quickly and effectively, having all the customer and product information available.

User

CDN telephone salespeople and land salespeople throughout the national territory.

Product hosted on the Prodesk platform, with a vision of having its own website in the future. PC and Mobile App - Android / iOS

RESEARCH AND KEY FINDINGS

User needs

Salespeople were identified as needing quick access to up-to-date inventory and pricing information while on the go or during calls with clients.

Manual quoting processes caused significant errors and delays , impacting customer satisfaction and closing rates.

Legacy systems were identified that needed to be integrated with the new solution to maintain data integrity.

FLOWCHART

  1. App Login: The process begins when a seller logs into the Pro Business app.

  2. Vendor Type Identification: The system detects or asks if the user is a field salesperson or a Call Center (CDN) salesperson:

    • If you are a field seller, access the mobile version of the application

    • If you are a CDN seller, access the desktop version

  3. Product Query: Both types of sellers can search and query the products available in the catalog.

  4. Customer verification: The system asks if the customer is already registered:

    • If the customer is registered, the system automatically loads their data (history, address, special prices)

    • If the client is new, a quick registration of their main data is carried out.

  5. Creating a quote: Once the customer has been identified, the seller begins creating a quote by selecting the requested products.

  6. Inventory verification: The system verifies the availability of selected products in real time at distribution centers.

  7. Price application: Prices are calculated, applying discounts or special conditions according to the customer's profile.

  8. Document generation: The formal quote document is created and can be sent to the client by email or displayed on screen.

  9. Customer Decision: The process branches based on the customer's response:

    • If the customer accepts, the quote becomes a sale.

    • If the client does not accept immediately, a follow-up is scheduled to contact them later.

  10. Final processes:

    • For confirmed sales: The product dispatch process begins.

    • For pending quotes: Automatic notifications are set up to remind you to follow up.

This workflow highlights the simplicity of the process, eliminating manual steps that previously caused delays and errors. The real-time connection to the inventory and customer database allows the entire process to be streamlined and accurate, both for salespeople in the field and for those working from the call center.
